Cocktail Instructions

Step 1
Combine strawberries, mint, and rosewater simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, gently massage strawberries and mint to release the fresh berry flavors and the oils in the mint leaves, about 1 minute.

Step 2
Fill shaker with ice. Pour rum and lime juice over the ice. Cover, and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is extremely cold and begins to frost, about 20 seconds. Fill a rocks glass with ice and double-strain the cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass. Top with sparkling rosé.

Step 3
Garnish with additional mint leaves and sliced/diced strawberries as desired. Cheers!

**Rosewater Simple Syrup Instructions

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in rosewater. Cool completely and refrigerate until ready to use.
