How do I delete my Art and Cook account?

If you’d like to delete your account, email us at account@artandcook.com to contact us—just let us know the email associated with the account, and we’ll take care of it right away.

How do I reset my Art and Cook account password?

Click the "Log In" button in the top right-hand corner of this page, and then click the "Forgot Password?" link. You'll see a pop-up prompting you to enter your email and reset your password—just fill this out, and then you'll receive an email with instructions.

Don't see our email? Try checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder. Still don't see it? Email us to contact us, and we'll be happy to reset your password for you.

How do I look up my order history?

You can review the orders you've placed in our Shop by visiting your Order History page.

Quick heads-up: You'll only see orders placed through your Art and Cook account—anything placed as a Guest won't be logged here. Similarly, you won't be able to track your order history if you don't have an account with us yet. If you'd like to make one and track your orders moving forward, just click the "Sign Up" button in the top right-hand corner of this page.

I've moved, how can I update my shipping address?

If you have an Art and Cook account, you have an Address Book: a handy tool for adding and editing the addresses you're most likely to ship to.

Need to make a change? Just click the link above (you'll need to log into your account first if you haven't already). You'll see the options to edit, delete, and add shipping addresses.

Don't have an account yet, but want to create one? Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right-hand corner of this page.

Subscription box membership addresses can be updated under your Membership section on this page.

Can I delete my billing information?

You can remove your billing information at any time by visiting the Account page. You'll need to log into your account first if you haven't already. In the Payment Method section, click "Edit," locate the card you'd like to remove, click "Edit" again, and then click "Delete Card."
